Allow user-defined Section words

Input.c (input_readData) only accepts section words used by the computational engine or the Delphi GUI (COORDINATE, VERTICES, POLYGON, LABEL, SYMBOL, BACKDROP, TAG, PROFILE, and MAP). The program would be more flexible for working with custom engines and GUIs if it ignored or triggered warnings upon encountering unknown section headers.

Doesn't it work this way in SWMM5 now? I know we have custom section names in the inp files from Innovyze products. I can use them directly in SWMM5 but do get a message saying "hey I found a section name I do not understand" However, it does not read it and ignores it - this is for the GUI of course. I would imagine the engine is less flexible.

The EPA engine (5.1.15) throws "ERROR 205: invalid keyword at line __ of input file:" whether one adds an unrecognized keyword to an existing section or specifies an unrecognized section header. The EPA GUI returns "Error Report for File ___ Unrecognized keyword (____) at line __:" but then proceeds without further issue.
