As of #44 we are ignoring failures in RISCOF test suite intentionally, since none of them are passing yet. Once we get to the point where some instructions are passing RISCOF, we will need to make sure these tests do not have regressions in the future.
I'm thinking we could have some sort of a YAML file with a list of instruction tests that are supposed to pass, and if they fail -- the RISCOF step in CI also fails.
