TxBakery - Implement client for cardano-wallet

This could be a much safer option compared to a key-wallet.
We only need to implement an HTTP client for the following for a minimal implementation:

• https://cardano-foundation.github.io/cardano-wallet/api/edge/#tag/Addresses - get list of addresses, parse, extract pkh
• https://cardano-foundation.github.io/cardano-wallet/api/edge/#operation/signTransaction - sign a serialised transaction

As a second step, we could even use the wallet for certain querying/submitting tasks:

• https://cardano-foundation.github.io/cardano-wallet/api/edge/#tag/Coin-Selections - get fee inputs
• https://cardano-foundation.github.io/cardano-wallet/api/edge/#operation/submitTransaction
