    1. Documentation for all components delivered in this Catalyst proposal is written and the CI is able to automatically render these documents in respective Github Pages.
    2. MLabs Open-Source Versioning scheme is documented in all delivered components and applied.

TODO:

creates.io effect publishes tx-indexer and tx-bakery
Attach tarballs for tx-indexer and tx-bakery [optional]
Create tutorial for using tx-indexer and tx-bakery (latter can be in https://github.com/mlabs-haskell/lambdabuffers-cardano-demo)
Apply the MLabs OS versioning scheme per component.
Make a Milestone report and video
