Move into sub-folders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not possible to move uploaded file into one of the sub-folders, you can only move to one of the main folders.

Describe the solution you'd like
When the folders are listed and when you want to pick in which folder you want to move, there should be a sub-menu with sub-folders so you can choose them, too.

Can confirm. Just tried this and it returned an error! Only the main folders are accessible.

It would be good to close this issue and point to issue #1179, where I have added a comment and pointed out what we have to change. This will avoid having several issues about the same topic (issue #1147 and #758 are also about this topic).
