validate archives files independently?

For the purpose of a nightly build server, it would be interesting to validate engine zip independently, and validate dpk or folder of dpk without being them in an universal zip first.

You can already validate an engine zip.

Usage: validate_release.py <path to universal zip> [<version number>]
       validate_release.py <path to symbols zip> [symbols]
       validate_release.py <path to OS-specific zip> [linux-amd64 | macos-amd64 | windows-i686 | windows-amd64]
