Empty location and template drop downs out of the box on new service order

Location and template drop downs are empty when ordering a new service. Creation works anyway (with the workaround in #46 applied) as it uses the defaults set in the product's Module Settings in admin area.

This is apparently because location and template do not have any entries in "Configurable options for UpCloud Global" in the admin area. On the other hand, backup and location do have automatically populated entries there. Adding some location and template options manually makes them show, but I'm assuming this is not the intention, but rather they should populate automatically.

To populate the configurable options, follow these steps:

Edit your product.
Navigate to the 'Configurable Options' tab.
Select the desired configurable options.
Click 'Save Changes' to apply the updates, as shown below."

I have already selected those options.

The location and template entries in Configurable Options only contain one location and one template I manually added there in order to get something to appear in the UI.

Is it the intention that the admin should configure all allowed locations and templates available for clients manually, or should they populate automatically in the admin Configurable Options view? For me they did not auto populate there.

It appears this works if one operates in the admin UI in correct, specific order, so that the option sets get populated. Also obviously things like the server credentials need to be correct, and the UI does not give much information if any of these things is incorrect. But I'm not sure if this is something we need to address at high priority, and might not be something we can easily directly even affect.

I'll lower the priority and lets take this into account in guides/tutorials in the meanwhile. First things to improve in the next release.
