HAN connection lost...

It seems my AMS reader lost connection about 1 months ago, debug log says: "(W) No HAN data received last 30s, single blink".

Meter is "Kamstrup Omnipower, without adapter, HAN-NVE configuration", AMS Reader is Pow-K+ and it's set according to specs, and has been working since April 2023..
Any idea what could be wrong.. should I get new encryption keys?

Is the LED blinking blue each 10 second? Probably not.
If so, the most likely cause for Omnipower meters suddenly no more transmits data is the phenomenon (and solutions) described here:

Nope, it's blinking red every 3-5 sec.
I've removed the module and will re-fit it in 20+ minutes and see if that resets the port, otherwise write Kamstrup.

To be honest, I don't think that will work. At least, we have no feedback so fra indicating anyone has succeeded.
But I see from your address in our customer register that you are with Radius, and they have close collaboration with Kamstrup.
Radius can request from Kamstrup a remote reset of your meter.

Yep, did not work, so the meter is on older firmware I guess.. will request a reset.
And yes, I'm in Copenhagen with Radius/Kamstrup setup.

The information regarding a firmware upgrade is from a "reliable source" in Denmark (a company working on the meters with Radius and Kamstrup). But either it was never rolled out - or it just does not work as intended, I have no idea.
But thank you for the information, I'll update the article slightly.

Just a followup: Kamstrup restarted the interface (response time under 1 day!), and they data is back.

Good to hear! It helps that you are with Radius, our understanding is that they have a quite close collaboration with Kamstrup.
