update Project Setup slides

The updated slides can be limited to:

• A Good Enough Project
• Absolute vs. Relative Paths?
• Template Repositories for R & Python

We can remove:

• Slide 2 (Research Compendium)
• Slide 3 (Getting Started)
• Slide 5 (Licenses, linked to licensing and zenodo slides are both in publishing chapter and project setup chapter #71)
• Slide 6 (Public vs. Private)
• Slide 7 (Data)

I imagine questions about Public vs. Private Repositories & Data will come up, but they could be addressed after Project Setup, before diving into Version Control.
