BAG Countour zoeken in Rest met Mark bespreken #80

Met Mark strijker doorspreken hoe nu de "simpele" Rest API met contour er uit komt te zien voor de BAG.
Voorstel:

Eenvoudige contouren (Alleen een bounding box en een point met een radius) zodat er geen POST gebruikt hoeft te worden (Parameters passen gewoon in de URL.
1 gebruiksdoel opgeven in de parameter en als een adresseerbaar object dat gebruiksdoel heeft voldoet deze aan dit criterium (Ook goed uitleggen in de description.)
Geconstateerd maak ook deel uit van de query-parameters.

Afspraak met Mark staat gepland voor dinsdag 26-05.
