[enhancement] add skills for crafting

add skills for crafting. and have different tiers. the more you craft the better the item.

what you mean the better the item ?
theres literally no gain for the player besides making crafting faster or slower, and i dont think we should give more items to a player cause they have better skills

so we can do based on time, having less levels making it last longer to craft stuff ? im up to suggestions
