jump to file (g+f) parses a wrong path?

Hi,

I don't know if it's something in my environment that messes up with the jump to file command but if I have the following, e.g

some/path/error.log:2:3

and use jump to file (g+f) command on that path, vscode opens the file: $PWD\$PWD\some\path\error.log.

• I am using the remote development plugin: the server is linux, client windows.
• Vim plugin v1.27.2

Can someone please confirm if that's working for you?
