Workflow View Ignores Symbols Pane Navigation

Bug Description:
If I have Workflow View open and double click on a function, the bar at the top of the Workflow View blinks, and nothing happens.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open database
2. Open Workflow View
3. Open Symbols pane (probably already open)
4. Double click on _start in Symbols pane
5. Notice bar at top of Workflow view blink.
6. Notice that nothing else happens.

Expected Behavior:
Behavior should be the same as all the other Views like Strings, Types, and Memory Map to name a few. If you double click on a function in the Symbols pane with those views open, a view of that function is navigated to in your main view area.
