Magento 2.4.8 - Add config for removing catalog_product_view_attribute_set_ layout handle

We need to adjust this extension for Magento 2.4.8 so we take into account the newly added catalog_product_view_attribute_set_ layout handle, which allows developers to create a specific product view per attribute set. This greatly increases the number of cache keys, so this handle should be disabled by default.
