I've put my obsidian vault in the same repo as a bunch of source code. As I discovered after I installed this plugin, this means that its auto-commits will commit anything I've changed anywhere in the repo. I don't want to do that with the code -- I only check that in after it's working.
Is it possible for this plugin to commit only a subtree inside a repo?

I've setup a single Git repository that contains multiple vaults and see the same behavior. I would assume that only those files in the current active vault are targeted.
