I used some time to get the parts running.
I use native install, not the docker, to config docker images also takes a little work.
Strawberry Perl54 , the latest, it works ok so far.
To get the added perl libs with cpanm takes a little effort also.
I added your module in …\perl54\perl\lib\RDF\Prefixes\Curie.pm - I used a little time to figure it out.
I am not fluent in all these technical setups, so I needed time to learn.
I have tried to use Graphviz. The .MSI version is not allowed in our corporate setup. The no-install (I like to use portable versions when I can) does not handle PlantUML.

Hi Einar! I know that the installation/setup is not the easiest, and I'd like some ideas what to improve.

Prefixes\Curie.pm
Should work from the local lib folder because of this below. If it doesn't, post a bug report

use lib "$FindBin::Bin/../lib"; # Curie is my own module, not yet on CPAN

Graphviz. The .MSI version is not allowed in our corporate setup.

Then use the zip version (currently graphviz-12.2.0 (64-bit) ZIP archive): unzip it somewhere and add its bin folder (where dot.exe is) to your path.

The no-install (I like to use portable versions when I can) does not handle PlantUML.

What exactly is the problem? If dot.exe is not in your path, PlantUML cannot find it.

You can use PlantUML without Graphviz: see https://plantuml.com/layout-engines and use -Playout=smetana
