We are discretizing the customer data (individual water meters) to the resolution of villages.

I do have a shapefile, (attached) but you can also just view these boundaries on our test web app, this app is just a little demo, we plan to operationalize this in the near future. https://uhm.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/basic/index.html?appid=716e9ef1a50348bd943809f1cf602c2f
