Comment out Applicable Resource Type

We are having an issue with our water right landing pages. Users are confusing the "Applicable Resource Type" entry in the Method Information card for the actual water source type of the water right.

Let's just comment out the "Applicable Resource Type" entry on the landing pages. We still want to track it / map it out, but will find a better use for it in the future.
