Windows are fully damaged if the client damages any part

Before, testing with pavucontrol and showrepaint plugin, only the part of the window that changed were damaged. Now, the pavucontrol window is fully damaged if the client damages any part. Also tested with minimal set of plugins `autostart move resize showrepaint` and the problem still occurs. Have not bisected yet, but this is the next planned step.
