Can't setup Google Translate Advanced

Hi, there, I've did everything in doc, created a bucket on us_central1, give it all requested permissions, but can't make it work

Always when I enter some string page, I'm getting:

The request for machine translation using Google Cloud Translation Advanced has failed: InvalidArgument: 400 Invalid resource name. Should start with projects/.; Resource type: glossary

Is anyone can tell me, what should I do?

for the context, page settings filled like that (values changed to fake)

The server logs should show more detailed error.

Just for the record, #17526 should fix this error.
