Small tool for ingesting content into Paperless ngx
Usage:
PaperlessCopier [srcFolder] [destFolder]
- Writes a timestamp file in the source folder of the data of the last copy
- Copies files from the source folder to the destination folder if they were last accessed since the timestamp
- Trims empty folders
