Finish MasterController implementation

MasterController was hacked together and all the methods have not been finished. Figure out:

• Which methods still need implementation (their code may be mashed into another method)
• Which methods are no longer needed for our current design. (Dont actually delete, just leave commented out and document what happened (this might help during orals)).
• Think about abstraction. Did we ignore some abstraction and increase coupling with other classes to take some shortcuts?

removed 'notifyInputController(Input[]):void' because it was a different name for 'handleInputController()'

put midibus object into mastercontroller. It is no longer global. Also, processing now calls MasterController.controllerChange() when the controller changes. This is different from processing just calling the non-classed controllerChange() function.
