- loadCoverArt: extract EXE icon only at first import; skip when custom art set (iconExtracted flag)
- Steam/Epic/GOG launch: keep art + identity extras when regenerating .desktop on lookup-miss
- MSLink.createDesktopFile: preserve existing [Extra Data]; don't re-extract over custom art
