I didn't see any explanation on how to edit the api key after initial install.

Depending on how you are running the script, if you are using the script in automated mode via a docker container, just adjust the env.

If you are running as a normal python script I would recommend starting in a new directory from scratch and re-adding the list IDs with the new instance.

In short, it's not normal for the API key to change, unless manually adjusted, so the script has not been built with editing this in mind.
