Issue Description

There is an inconsistency in the #WordPress-chat-on-Slack section of the page Become a WordPress Contributor.

The link text displays as http://chat.wordpress.org, but the actual hyperlink (href attribute) points to https://make.wordpress.org/chat/.

URL of the Page with the Issue

https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/become-a-wordpress-contributor/

Section of Page with the issue

https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/become-a-wordpress-contributor/#wordpress-chat-on-slack

Suggested Fix

Update the link text to align with the actual hyperlink (e.g., https://make.wordpress.org/chat/) to maintain consistency, or rephrase the text for clarity.

@parthVataliya16 please do not close issues until you are sure that the issue has been fixed in the documentation pages. This was a quick one and I fixed it already.

Thank you, @estelaris, for resolving this issue. I believe the issue was closed by mistake on my end. Sorry for that!
