When you find the issue you'd like to work on (take a look at the list below), please leave a comment on that issue so that we can assign you and avoid more people working on the same issue. If you know which docs the project issue belongs to, you can tag the project rep as well.

3. You'll probably need WordPress

For a quick fresh WordPress install, you can use WordPress Playground by going to https://playground.wordpress.net/

If this is your first time contributing to the Documentation team, please make sure you have the following accounts:

When you find issue you'd like to work on in the Docs Team Issue Tracker here on GitHub:

  1. Please leave a comment in that issue so that we can assign you and to avoid more people working on the same issue, and
  2. In that comment, also be sure to tag the team rep responsible for the handbook that your chosen task is about.

For example, if your task is for the Block Editor End-User documentation, you would tag @Leonardus-Nugraha.
