Faraday::Builder is now Faraday::RackBuilder.

Minor warning: getting Faraday::Builder is now Faraday::RackBuilder warnings now, due to the rename in Faraday. I can submit a PR with a fix if you want, but not sure how you're handling versioning + faraday dependency / lockstep.

ps. this gem is awesome, thank you. glad to see it was inspired by the twitter gem, too! :)
