[Bug] Teleporting to the city when fate not available

What happened?

Hi,
I have found that in this configuration for example.

My character keeps teleporting to Tuliyollal and back to Urqopacha in a loop until a fate spawn.
I was expecting it to switch between Yaktel and Urqopacha.
