Meteor output gets swallowed during build

The output from running demeteorizer doesn't show when a Meteor project is ran through the build host. I see this output being very useful for debugging purposes and identifying where things break down. If the demeteorization process fails, it does output some useful logs, but they do not show during build.

This is probably because demeteorizer spawns and binds the stdio rather than execing and outputting the result.

Maybe make an interactive option or something that binds stdio (the current behavior) and default to just an exec with the output written to stdout.
