Feature Summary

Description: Adding logs to the tutorial service to track the tutorial status and progress.
Files:
• lib/controller/services/tutorial_service.dart
Guidelines:
• Log the start of each function.
• Log the status of the tutorial (e.g., isTutorialCompleted).
• Log format: <FILE_NAME_IN_ALL_CAPS>
