Constant pauseVideo calls on some videos

This seems to have just started today. Some, but not all, videos are unplayable in that a permanent pauseVideo event is called whenever I resume playback. DASH playback or player type doesn't seem to matter nor do the expected options that would trigger a pause seem to have an effect. It seems that the video might start playing properly after some time passes.

The pause is coming from function "ytcenter.player.network.pause", though I can't tell what's calling that.
