API access outside of the frontend

Hi there, loving the front-end display but I'm looking to access the data provided outside of the given application
There's no clear access of the API or the calls that you need to make
Although reading the docker logs do point to it, to an extent.
I feel like documentation should be provided on how and what can be accessed
