Playlist Covers not loading #490

Describe the bug

When trying to add a song to a playlist, the playlist covers in the list are not loading making it quite hard to read the playlist names

Expected behavior

Well, either having the actual playlist cover there or at least not the text "playlist cover"

Additional context

Docker-Compose.yml
Logfile-Web
Logfile-Server
Firefox Log says CSP does not allow loading the images as soon as I open the menu: Logs // Image

Not sure if that's an issue if NginxProxyManager in front of it or not..

Hello, thanks for the feedback. It seems Spotify changed their cdn url. I'll work on it for next release.
