Spurious Yosys warning when building a Gowin project

Reproduction Steps

NOTE: This is a regression, and I got it only when upgrading to the latest Yosys.

1. Unzip the project

2. Run yosys -p "synth_gowin -top blinky -json /tmp/_yosys_output.json" -q blinky.v

Expected Behavior

Expecting successful completion with no warnings.

Actual Behavior

Yosys emits a spurious warning: Warning: define gw1n not used in the library..

@yrabbit Doing a change in synth_gowin.cc for memory_libmap line to
run(stringf("memory_libmap -lib +/gowin/lutrams.txt -lib +/gowin/brams.txt %s", family == "gw5a" ? "-D gw5a" : "") + args, "(-no-auto-block if -nobram, -no-auto-distributed if -nolutram)"); fixes this, but not sure if you have use for any other family value ?

👍 There is no need for other meanings at this time. It is possible that the GW5A family will be divided into 25, 60, 75, and 138 chips, as this is more of a marketing term than a unity of internal organisation, but this is still unclear — I have only just started on 138. 😄
