My Webapp unconditionally cleans up PHP config

If I choose not to/configure out PHP support in My Webapp PHP config removal should not happen upon de installation.

Namely this line should be conditional

I believe I didn’t touch the remove script, so this behavior was already in the original package. I’ll still update the PR to fix it. 👍

je viens d'éplucher un peut l'évolution du fichier remove. il semblerait que ce soit depuis l'introduction du helper.
