Mage Elemental Balance NumPad keys not blocking from casting same school twice

I have bound the buttons of my mmo mouse to the number keys on the numpad.
When trying to cast a spell of the same school twice in a row on a "normal" button (1, 2, E, Q, ... ) the addon prevents me from doing so.
However this does not apply to the keys on the numpad. This way you can cast e.g. Frostbolt one after another.
