Improve Documentation for start_vboxwebsrv Function

Hi @Zedeldi,

To better learn about vbox-api, I'm interested in contributing to the vbox-api project by improving the documentation. I noticed that the start_vboxwebsrv function in vbox_api/helpers.py lacks detailed documentation. Adding a comprehensive docstring would enhance the readability and usability of the code.

Proposed Changes:

• Add a detailed docstring to the start_vboxwebsrv function, including:
  • A brief description of the function's purpose.
  • Parameters and their descriptions.
  • Return type and description.

Please let me know if this change would be welcome or if there are any specific guidelines I should follow.
