In fact, I have been playing since February 8th, but the matches have not been recorded.

And the game version on Firestone is stuck at Patch 31.4.0, but Hearthstone has reached Patch 31.6.0.

All other functions, including the Deck Tracker, are functioning properly.

Hello, thanks for the report!
The 31.4.0 filter is expected. 31.6 was mostly about Battlegrounds, and didn't really change the Constructed meta, so the patch filter stayed the same.
As for games, could you go to the Settings, and under General > Data try to "Clear your local cache", and restart the app?

Thank you for your reply.
I tried pressing the "Refresh" button for "Clear full cache" and the "Clear" button for "Clear games.". However, my Firestone froze, and after a while nothing happened. The match records were not cleared. I have tried several times and it has always been like this.

Next, I will explain my attempts:

  1. I uninstalled Firestone and deleted the files related to Firestone in the user documentation on drive C. Then I downloaded Firestone again, logged into Overwolf's account, and started a match on Hearthstone. But it still cannot be recorded.
  2. I uninstalled Firestone again and deleted the data, and this time I did not log in to Overwolf's account. The ending is the same.
  3. I updated the Windows 10 system and ran Firestone and Hearthstone as an administrator. The result is the same again.

In the end, I gave up. It's not unacceptable for me to be unable to record game data, as long as the Deck Tracker is running normally.
I don't know if this is a problem with Firestone or my PC. Perhaps this is my problem.
If this problem is troublesome for you and does not bring any benefits, then let's stop here. I can also accept the current result.
