I was trying to use Neuroformer on my lab's calcium imaging dataset. Firstly, I wanted to confirm if neuroformer can only be used with spike data (int64) or if there is a way of using it with calcium data (float64). Specifically, I noticed in this line rounding data will not work for calcium data so presumably Neuroformer can only handle spikes data for input and output.
Assuming using calcium data is not possible directly, I would be grateful if you could provide me with the code for converting calcium imaging to spikes data.
