Trial clock onset affected by eye tracker start delays

Sometimes (rarely) the EyeLink takes a while to initialize at the start of the trial (> 1 second). However, the trial clock is started immediately before eye tracker initialization, meaning that any sort of delay with the tracker hardware throws off the timing for the whole trial. As such, EventManager start should be moved to be immediately after the eye tracker is initialized!
