[BUG]Timerange incorrect

Bug Description

When extracting audio from a video, u cannot select less than 10 seconds.
If u select for examble 5 seconds to 1 minute, u will get the full 1 minute clip instead of 55 seconds.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select video
2. Extract audio
3. Select time range < 10 seconds from start and a random amount of time after it
4. Get the full audio clip instead of the first 10 seconds cut
