Is it possible to turn off YouTube and File content generators through the config?

Picofeed is used in PHP List and the the two content generators created unwanted results on the basis of some of the feeds that are imported. It doens't seem that there is a way to turn off the content generators (like there is for the content filtering). Or am I missing something?
