Playing streams not functional

After upgrading mpc on my server I am no longer able to play streams with MPDroid.
The issue is that MPDroid adds a stream as `http://path.to/stream.mp3#Title`, which appears to be non-standard.

The mpc log then complains

exception: Failed to decode http://path.to/stream.mp3#Title; CURL failed: URL rejected: Malformed input to a URL function
```
