Is the bug template accurate when it says "there are no tagged versions as of now"? #1997

           - [ ] I am running the latest code. Development is very rapid so there are no tagged versions as of now.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding this line, but there clearly are tagged versions, both on GitHub and PyPI.

Does the template need an update to say something like this instead?

Before filing an issue, please make sure you are testing against the latest from the main branch.
