[Possible Bug] Automations doesn't save value.

Description of the bug and steps to reproduce:
When I go to setup automation and add some rules, after I save it and come back to edit, the saved condition value doesn't come back. I am using condition "contains" , also it doesn't work at all.

You need to select value by pressing enter, there's a hint below the input as well.

ah I think the form's submitting without any values set.
