Issues with localization #231

Description

@OfficialCRUGG

I have taken a look at the German localization and noticed that it is in fairly poor quality.
I have started improving some things I can easily change and will submit a PR with my first changes in a moment.

For further improvements, there need to be some changes to the underlying codebase though:

  1. The "New ..." strings need to be separated. In German, "New ..." can be "Neue ...", "Neuer ...", or "Neues ..." depending on the gender of the word that follows.
  2. Some changes need to be done regarding capitalization. For example, in the string "New conversation", it appears the noun is converted to lowercase. In German however, we capitalize all nouns all the time.
  3. Some places, like the "My Inbox" heading at the top or the currently active options on dropdowns simply don't use i18n at all currently.

  1. Some buttons overflow in German, as it's all in all a very "long" language. The worst example of this is the profile settings:

In general, it's always best practice to use separate strings instead of mashing together strings. Too many languages are simply too different to English for this to work.
