Abseil CPP uses a strange version scheme:

https://github.com/abseil/abseil-cpp/releases/download/20260107.1/abseil-cpp-20260107.1.tar.gz

e. g. the date format.

Could the main README.md perhaps briefly explain why this is used over, say:

abseil-cpp-1.2.3
abseil-cpp-1.2.3.tar.gz

?
