If the direct database access is used, then metadata on the top collection authors are not fetched which results in a wrong bookauthor value (curl -i 'https://arche-biblatex.acdh.oeaw.ac.at/?id=https://arche.acdh.oeaw.ac.at/api/139852') but if the REST API is used, the metadata is there (see the testLive() test in the arche-biblatex repository).

It was an error in the RepoDb config. Fixed by 04ed9b7
