OAI-PMH allows us to convert between metadata schemas. Quite often the resulting data is a valid RDF-XML and it would be nice to be able to reserialize it in other RDF formats (e.g. for Google which only like JSON-LD). All in all it is pretty trivial to implement as all the infrastructure needed is already there.
