List of SIGs

I can find 3 lists of ACL SIGs, and they are all slightly different:

• Anthology homepage:

• https://www.aclweb.org/adminwiki/index.php/2022Q3_Reports is similar to the Anthology homepage, but the former is missing MEDIA, SEMITIC, UL, while the latter is missing ARAB and TURK.

• https://acl-org.github.io/sigs is a subset of the Anthology homepage, missing EL, MEDIA, REP, TYP, UL, UR.

Should the 3 lists be brought into alignment? @zhaoshiqi-acl as Secretary
